She's only made the highest of greens 4 cycles ago. What I see is my cat staying in numbers above the renal threshold for far too long each cycle. Since the bounces are higher, she is remaining in bad numbers too long for safety. Her urine output is about a third higher than is has been, and that's a sign that her kidneys are stressed.
I hope this turns out to be a good number for her, and that it will also control the bounces.
