Simon saw the green lagoon last night, but it was short lived and here he is back in the pinks. He thinks life is too boring to stay in one place all the time :smile: He seems to be doing ok and eating most of his food in one sitting, although he still is not back up to his pre-pancreatitis self. I also think he is not happy with me because I have had something every night after work for the last few nights and can't spend as much time with him.
Simon's Lantus is almost out and I was trying to figure out how I was going to buy more with expenses so high this month. A person I know at work just lost a friend, due to complications from diabetes, and this person was on insulin. My work friend said there was an un-opened vial of insulin in the fridge and she has it now and was wondering if I wanted it for Simon? She said that she thinks the insulin starts with the letter L. She is bringing it over to work today. I am hoping that it is lantus -- what an answer to a prayer if it is!
