I just took my Doodles down a drop since we are under the 5u mark now. Being at the 10 unit mark if you do reduce at a higher number instead of .5u reductions I'd try .25 and be a little patient to see if he settles in. Worse case it doesn't work but think it might be worth a shot (no pun intended) . I especially like that I haven't had to BCS or skip in a while now and prior to this method I became the queen of skip/bcs which was not good for my boy.I think I'm going to adopt @Doodles & Karen advice and pick a higher number as a reduction target, maybe something in the 50s or 60s. That way, we don't let the insulin get too far in front of us and have to frantically cut to adjust to something
