Is there any way you can switch over your SS to the version that has both the World template and the US template that has each on different tabs? If you enter the information on the World tab, it immediately enters it on the US tab. Most of us here are in the US and unless you manually switch over the numbers, we won't be as much help to you.
FWIW, with Lantus, we use 150 as the "post and ask for help" number when you're starting out providing you're going to be home to monitor and have plenty of strips and high carb food.
You can also remove the 911 since you didn't shoot.

I have tried to convert my ss to US metric with out success :sad:
There's a different template. This is the link to the instructions. If you look in section A, Option #1, in the second item, click on the link to the WORLD version. Once the SS opens, you'll see there are tabs at the bottom for World and for US. You'll need to copy and past the numbers on your current SS into the new one and replace the link in your signature.
