Good Morning All,

Yesterdays Condo: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=31702

I didn't have any overnight checks, but with a 218 this morning I am wondering if we had a blue shift.

Goal today....don't panic at onset.... nailbite_smile ohmygod_smile.

Well the temperature has come up here. We're at a balmy 28F with an Alberta Clipper blowing through this morning. The streets and sidewalks are slickery, but by this afternoon we should see some sunshine & blue sky.

No new client contacts the past few days...I am getting worried as this is supposed to be my busy time. Ad ran yesterday, Craigslist, Angie's list, google-ad, facebook,...Well, if it doesn't shake loose here...I'll have to find a part-time job in January. Looks to be a "Tiny Tim Christmas."

Benefit to it being unusually slow?
  • I am getting some decent time to work with Atlas' regulation issues. ~O)
I don't have to be navigating the snowy roads
    The house is getting CLEANED
Christmas baking is getting done at reasonable hours
Getting much needed rest, my anemia is acting up again

Good morning.
Nice start for Atlas today. I hope your business picks up soon....some people just wait for the last minute.
We have the same temps here today.....so cold.

I learned to do that a few years ago.

An online penpal and I started keeping a Gratitude Journal ...online. By doing it together, online, everyday...we helped hold each other to account for the habit.

The goal was to log 5 things everyday to be grateful for. Over the course of the year ...sure we each missed a few days here or there, but pretty much we were able to complete the habit. That Christmas much to our surprises we both made a very special gift to each other. We didn't tell each other what we were up too, but it was funny when we both got our gifts.

We both managed to print the journal, take all the shared photos from online and email, and created a scrapbook for the other. The scrapbooks arrived on the same day...and when she called me in tears...well...mushy, mush, mush.

The exercise though got me to see some situations differently. Slow Business...a "Tiny Tim Christmas" came to mean something very special...not that we didn't have the money.

Ohhh...goody....looks like a reverse curve today!

Guess that 218 was a rise from some lower depths early this morning...

Re: 12/10 Atlas PMPs 352

Ouch for this afternoon!!!! Not sure what's going on, but there is a lack of appetite too. One chamber on the feeder rotated through and he never touched it. Tonight getting him to eat dinner has been a challenge too. Even with Fortiflora...

Course we've just had several low pressure centers move through too...

and a big one on the way from what they say.

Cat's can tell these things. Did you know if you watch a cat "wash its face" it can tell you the weather? A normal face wash means fair weather. The over the ear wash is due to discomfort in the ear canal caused by pressure changes. Look for bad weather or rain within 24-36 hours.

I will be watching Mannie wash his face more closely form now on... who knew they were weather forecasters. i believe it.

very nice read on the scrapbooks. how cool is that. very special.

Ouch on the 352. i agree - what is going on this afternoon, Mannie had a 426 - we rarely get the reds, today we did.

bummer on the weather, and the cold and more on the way. i won't complain about our wet 46. Have a great evening!

Yeah...lots of high numbers today. Attie seems a bit bummed tonight. I finally was able to get him to eat...so I think we're fine for the evening. Maybe he is finally going to break those high pink numbers if he isn't feeling good from them. He's a long yellow run and I wonder if his liver is just being a stinker on him.

Been thinking another docrease too...but we've got two more cycles at this dose ...so really no hurry to do it.
