Good morning everyone! Another rainy day here. 50s today and then it’s dropping down below 32 tonight. Got to love New England weather! Off to work again. Hope you all have a great day and may all your kitties stay safe.

Soo... came home to see that my daughter forgot to feed her before she left for ballet 6 hours ago. I figured she would be low but she was 79. For some reason she had diarrhea in the box- cow plops. Stress from no food??? Not sure why she would have it. She’s never had any GI issues. Stress could have caused her BG to get higher than usual. I/d food has too many carbs so I hope the fortiflora will settle her intestines bc she is not easy to give oral meds to. Ugh!

You could try some Pure Pumpkin if the Fortiflora doesn't help, it worked miracles with Leo when he had pudding poo. Good luck.

Thanks!! She ate her pate with the fortiflora on it so toes crossed she is better in the morning. Ordered some powdered pumpkin anyway to have on hand!

Where do you get powdered pumpkin? That’s a great idea. Better than the little pouches in my kitty staples cupboard. Tummy upset can also cause BG stress. Paws crossed she’s fine in the morning.

Thanks!! One of my coworkers told me about Diggin your dog powdered pumpkin from amazon. While I was checking it out, I saw another one from Barry farm that had quite a few reviews from cat owners so I thought I’d give that one a try! Let you know what I think of it!! She seems quite happy at the moment so hopefully it’s nothing that will be a continued problem.
