LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! Lola and Bug are very busy resting.... They say Sunday is sleep in day... I dunno - I really think they are gearing up for holiday parties. Yupp! That's it! well ok then! so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espresso, beans from the heart of central Ethiopia. For my mocha fans: Venti Quad orange and vanilla mocha, laced with orange swirls, topped with chocolate whip, garnished with orange zest, slivered vanilla beans and chocolate swirls....... SWEET!, and perfect for a fall day. OH! No worries, a dollop of orange and vanilla and chocolate and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, and a chocolate caramel drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts standard with every delivery!

I hope everyone had a great Caturday. Mine was spent at my DD's, spending time with the boys. I had to leave early, and was home late, so no errands for me, or any of my normal Caturday catch up stuff. No shore walk either. :? BUT (!) it still was a great day. Time with Nicholas and William, just hanging out. here's what I wrote last night about the day: "Hi Everyone! THANKS for all the visits. I am sorry that it has taken me so long to get back to you. The day ended up being alot longer than I thought, but that too is OK. My DD and DSIL met dome friends at the movies, and then went out to lunch, all of which took most of the day. So I stayed with Nicholas and William while they had some time out with friends. I guess they saw the second movie in the Hunger Games movies series, and then lunch out at the Cheesecake Factory. It just occurred to me that they did not brig me home a slice of cheesecake ! HORRORS!  Probably just as well.... William and Nicholas and I had a great day together, just hanging out in their home. We played legos, and ate strawberries, rearranged the Christmas tree ornaments at least a thousand times (sorry mom! Nicholas was on a roll), and watched music videos , played more legs, ate more strawberries, and talked and laughed, and camped out on the sofa under piles of blankets. It really was alot of fun. How nice to have a relaxing day with the boys. I will post the Picassa link to the photos in tomorrow's condo. Have a great evening everyone! " so.... here you go: Nicholas and William, at home...

Normalcy in MusketeerVille!   The kitties were GOOD kitties yesterday. There is always an element of excitement when I return, walk up those steps, and then open the door.... what will I find? Smiling kitties? a living room still standing? or mayhem and total destruction?  Well, perhaps I do Lola a disservice... no. not really.  But yesterday she did greet me at the door, with several meows, and then some legs rubs. What a sweet girl.... that however was followed by 30 minutes of total mayhem: running, into everything she shouldn't be in, box chewing, paper shredding, things upturned, shoes tossed, fur flying, box sitting and tipping, all done a warp speed.          Bug and Elsa retreated to the sofa, and watched from the sidelines. SMART KITTIES! It never ceases to amaze me what she can accomplish in such a short span of time... oh boy... still no Christmas tree up, maybe next weekend. I just had a thought... we always put presents under the tree early, I can only imagine hat she will be with all the paper, and those ribbons. OH NO!!! RIBBONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :o :o :o :o We may have to go ribbon-less this year.... oh Lola, your reputation proceeds you.    YUPP! Normalcy in MusketeerVille!

Have a great day everyone! I'm not too sure what will be here today. I had hoped to hike, but the weather report is not all that favorable, even snow in the forecast for the mountains, close to a foot or so. Well... we shall see what the next few hours look like, then decide. An out and about for sure, but I think it will be local... It might be a good day just to stay put. We shall see! Besides... all that I didn't so yesterday due my spending time with Erin Jason Nicholas and William still sits here..... waiting.....

KITTIES! Remember: think BLUE, think GREEN cat_pet_icon

Good Morning Michelle ~O)
Looks like you had a great relaxing fun day with the boys yesterday ♥ Nicholas is gettig so big ;-)
My tree isn't going up till next weekend either. My kitties don't bother it too much ;-)
I do remember one year that I looked over and Sissy was climbing up the middle of it, and it's a fake tree
They usually just play with the bottom ornaments so I make sure that there is nothing down there they can ruin
Enjoy your day and stay warm!

Re: 12/1 LOOSE LIPS: a day with the boys... & HAPPY SUNDAY L

Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. We did well here, kind of a catch up day from all the crazy busy of the past few days. Shopping and laundry are done. House has been decorated for the holiday, as much as I do that is, and I even had time for the shore. YahOO! Lola and Bug helped with the decorating. Well Lola mostly, but Bug had to see what was going on too. Lola was into everything. Expected I guess.  There is a artificial tree in my kitchen, stands only a mere 1.5 feet tall. Lola, and come to find out Bug, seem to think it is just fine. It makes for nighty fine chewing too. oh boy... I can hardly wait for when the 6-footer! She did fairly well today. Garlands were rolled in, light strands were chewed, trailing whatever was chased, and the Santas were batted around a bit. So far, all remains where it was placed. WOOT! Score: Lola: 6, Bean 3, draw 3. Not too bad....   I also made it to the shore today, in time for sunset. With the weather being what in was in most parts of the state today, rain and lots of it, I was more than elated that the rains never really did appear here, and that the sunset tonight actually showed up. AWESOME! We didn't get the vibrant colors, but the skies were full of all sorts of things. It made for a great trek. I will post the Picassa link in tomorrow's condo.

Hi Pam - Thx I did, it was great to just hangout with the boys, without anything to do. kinda fun! I so hope mine leave the tree alone. I know Elsa will, she'll sleep under it maybe. Bug I just don't know.. and Lola, well..... well, a week, then we shall see!   Too funny on Sissy.

Hi Jane - THX on the pics. It was a great day, we had fun too. THX on the weather. We ended up in a pocket of weather where we got very little. crazy! So I did make it out some.

Hi Carla - THX, I did. We just let the day evolve, did what ever came to mind. It was great! THX too on today - I was able to hike the local rail, and that was nice. No rains! :-D

Hi Anne - that she is! and it is darn good dreamsicle coffee. Creative little barista, isn't she! LOVE that phtot! And yes - I can so see that. I cannot tell you how disappointed I will be if she does nothing....   I so expect her to be Lola, I can't imagine otherwise.

Re: 12/1 LOOSE LIPS: a day with the boys... & HAPPY SUNDAY L

Hey Michelle,
Your decorating for Xmas seems to be an evolving marathon! Keeping you busy?? So glad you had a nice day with the boys yesterday and got to do some of your chores, etc. today. And you even got to the shore! Maybe tomorrow a hike?

Have a great evening,

scritches to Elsa, Bug and Lola; hugs to you. Hope you got to take a nap today!

Ella & Rusty

Re: 12/1 LOOSE LIPS: a day with the boys... & HAPPY SUNDAY L

Hi Ella - it sure seems like a marathon! Well, the house is done, all except for the tree, so good to go, now to see if she leaves it alone... paws crossed! The tree will go up next weekend. Scary. THX too on the boys, and the weekend, we did OK, and got some relaxation time in too. WooHOO! I hope to hike tomorrow, but the weather is supposed to turn, starting tonight, and get very cold. We may even see some snow here. LOL: working on that nap.... more than likely I will, once again, doze off in front of the TV.
