I forgot to un-pause the feeder last night :facepalm: I have no idea if Leroy waited by the feeder all night. He wasn't particularly cranky when it was time to wake me up for breakfast.

Vet's secretary got a full update on the zoo. I need to unwrap Leroy's leg and get a picture. Hopefully the antibiotic is doing something. Vet tech will be in tomorrow so I'll ask her then about helping with the rat cage. I'm not sure if Leroy will be cranky or just confused if he sees the vet tech in his home.

Cleaning up my desk today. It's sad when you have to hide scissors and pens and other items so people don't "borrow" (aka steal) them 😒 They'll still go through the file cabinet but I don't have a key to lock it. These people 👎 I already took my plant home. I don't trust these people to water it while I'm away.

Good luck for all that is to come. And don't feel too hard about crappy co-workers. I've never been somewhere where they DON'T steal your stuff, including your food in the fridge. And I've even worked in a courthouse. If you can't trust them, who can you trust?
Reminds me, I need to get up off my bum and finally clean my mouse cage. She's not a pet, I'm just a caretaker. She came into my house and unlike others I've caught and done soft releases with in the garage, she refused to leave.😅
 
Yes, surgery.

I have had jobs where I totally trusted my co-workers and didn't have to worry if something I left out on my desk or forgot in a conference room would be stolen. Other jobs, I had to lock everything up. I've never had a problem with my lunch being stolen from the shared refrigerator.

I wish I knew :rolleyes: The people I work with currently are that and then some :blackeye::arghh: Still no luck on the job hunt 😔

Surgery is tomorrow. I'm supposed to get a call today from the doctor's office about when I should arrive at the hospital. Hopefully it's not too late in the day because getting Leroy fed dinner and all the meds in will not be possible 🫣

Those people in the group text can go kick rocks and sit on pinecones and whatever else @Maddie & Kai can think of 😂 So much for supporting others in need😒 I'm done with that group text.

So much sympathy on the job hunt thing. Me, too.
