I'm seconding Michelle on the "call it a blue". I know we have to see the number, but ohmygod_smile . Whatever color, it's a nice start to the day!!
We used to have issues with the Prime. I think it's touchy on how you put the strip to the blood. We barely touch the blood drop anymore, it sucks up what it wants and does ok. When i've tried to actually put the strip into the drop, it either takes too much or almost nothing. It used to be such an issue that we stopped putting pressure on ollie's ear until we actually saw a number.

Morning Carla and looking good for Furball. It sounds like you're leaning towards the Confirm more than the Prime. I have both the Relion Confirm and Arkay Vital. I had an error with my RC and so used my Arkay for the reading. :lol: :lol: Have a great day.

I bought the Prime because I needed a backup meter. I was thinking if the Prime worked well I could use the Confirm as my backup. So far I am not very impressed with the Prime. I just got another low blood error and the test strip was full of blood. I wonder if Wal-Mart will let me return the Prime and get my money back. I'll keep trying the Prime this week and see how it does, but I may try to take it back and get a second Confirm to use as my backup.

I am hoping this is just a food spike.
 
It looks like a yellow surf for Furball today. I'm still getting different readings between the Prime and Confirm, anywhere from 20 to 50 different.
