Last time was in 2009 and that was Christmas Eve and nothing close to this amount and it didn't stick. Hubby woke me up around 1am and we got up and looked out the windows. I suspect they will delay work as it is getting colder and the overpasses are icing now.I didn't know you got snow in Texas! How gorgeous....![]()
They did the same to us yesterday and I just ignored it. The conditions have to be just right and the stars have to alignThey keep teasing us and saying we're going to get flurries,

I miss the mountains more than the snow. We didn't get much in the valley (Eugene OR area) growing up but 2 hour drive and you were skiing at Bachelor.Part of me will miss snow.

We just got bitter cold and no snow here in Oklahoma; 17 degrees right now
It just missed you guys. The moisture blew through before the cold blast. They caught up to each other right over us and through LA, MS, AL.Please blow a bit up toward the Ozarks in SW Missouri cos we are ready
I was going to but he was so content snuggled up in front of the space heater I just couldn't.Did you take Gizmo out to see it?
It will be 80* here when you get your snow - wait and see.Snow in Texas?! I'm way up here in Ontario, Canada and we don't have any on the ground!
Only issue was on a few overpasses. It has warmed up and cleared up and the snow is melting. It wasn't cold enough, long enough to ice the roads.Oh no, the tires on your Texas cars are not made for any snow...be careful.

It started about midnight and is still snowing but has slowed down a bit. It looks like 2-3" which is amazing for here!
Happy Friday!
