Hey everyone just an update from yesterday

so last night we gave Poopers .10U as much as we could (our syringe doesn’t have the .10 line) and his numbers dropped a decent amazing from last night to this morning. We give him Fancy Feast pate and Friskies mixes and last night I checked him and he was at 349 and this morning he’s as 281.

I just fed him and gave him his insulin and will check back soon! Thank you so much to everyone that helped yesterday

He is bouncing from those lows of yesterday. Let's see how he does on the dose once the bounce clears

When you first use a syringe, push the plunger all the way in to see if it lines up with the printed zero line. A lot of syringes have their markings way off and that affects the accuracy of the dose. Especially with smaller doses every little bit matters.

It is very difficult to measure 0.10U and even more so because so many syringes have their markings off.
