He's still pink today. Any thoughts on if I should I go ahead with increasing 0.25 tomorrow or hold for another day or two?

I think you can safely go up to 3.25. Id start in the morning unless you get a surprise tonight.

I always preferred increasing on day cycles although sometimes you don’t get the benefit for a few cycles. No way to know.
