Sounds like could be beginning ckd. Get a copy of labs sent to you for your records. You can tge. I put them on your ss in the labs tab on your ss.

Thanks for the heads up. Gosh that would stink! I hope its not the case. In Sept his kidney levels were normal

I stopped in to check up on you and Lando before I go to bed. So he is acting like he feels better? How was his eating today. I was concerned that he may have CKD because of the excessive urination, but I really think that the clumps would be massive (bigger than gold ball size). It sounded more like frequent urination, which made me lean towards a UTI. His numbers are too good for it to be diabetic-related polyuria, I think. Hopefully, he will feel better soon. I understand about postponing the vet visit!

You are so thoughtful to check in, thank you! I decided to bring Lando in a bit later. My guess is that it is CKD. But as long as i dont know for sure i will pretend its not the case ( bad joke). His kidney values were normal in September, but he really has been drinking and urinating too much for such low numbers. His eating remains pretty good ( for him). I will let everyone know when i bring him in.
As i told Tiffmaxee, with his pancreatitis, and eating issues, i didnt want to rock the boat this week.
Thanks again for your concern, it means so much.
