Wondering at what point do I call a failed reduction?

I know he is probably just bouncing at this time.

PMPS 313, seems to be staying high.

To determine if a reduction has failed, you look at a couple of things. First, how long does it take Buddy to get over a bounce. If it's been that long and his nadirs aren't green, the reduction has failed. The last bounce seemed to take about 3 cycles to clear. You can also look to see if the numbers are starting to drift up once the depot of the previous/higher dose has worn off.
