Good morning!
AMPS 292 shooting 2.75u
Boomer ate a lot of his overnight fuds. I happened to wake up at 4:30 and he wasn't beside me or in his bed so I got up to check on him and he was sitting on his testing table staring at his feeder which would just have rotated to an empty dish. I popped it open and sure enough the 4:00 fuds were untouched. I scooped some out for him and went btb.
Boomer has a new favourite food....chicken ff. He used to eat it then stopped. When he was getting so picky about his pm+3 fuds I got desperate, dug back in the cupboard of rejected cans, and found 3 cans of the chicken ff. I bought a case of it yesterday so I'm sure he'll decide tonight that he no longer likes it.
DH's appt went well yesterday. It's the first time we've left an appt and actually felt like something is being done. Hormones will start in 7-10 days; the nurse comes to our house to give the injection so we just have to wait for him/her to contact us. Then we have to give the hormones a couple of months to work their magic. Since part of what they do is shrink the prostate, radiation cannot start until the hormones have had a chance to work....so radiation will start in 2 months. He's also been accepted into a clinical trial; he will be randomized into one of two groups so hopefully he's in the group that gets the enhanced radiation.
