Good Morning, everybody. :)

I swear I'm paying attention!... and I'm not horribly happy about what we've been doing these past few days. Starting on the last of November we began flirting with high numbers - now, we're outright stuck in them.

Yesterday, my alarm failed to go off again. (I ordered a new one that day. It'll be here Tuesday, I hear). Rufus got his shot about an hour and fifteen minutes late. We're working our way back to normal, but the late shot is definitely obvious in his icky SS! I gave him a Fat 1 yesterday, and 1.25u today since our 1.00u was not what Rufus needed at that time.

Rufus and I are now picking out fabric for a quilt - John-Finn is throwing it around the room. That's about the best summary of our relationship as I can string together. ohmygod_smile

I hope everyone is doing better than we are! ~O)

... What a day. I had planned on getting at least two spot checks today to celebrate our dose increase, but... we had guests! (...of the unexpected variety). As anyone with a skittish cat might expect - *ZOOM* up the stairs he went. And apparently entered a time/space vacuum undetectable by man. I finally managed to pin him down under my mother's bed and scared him out with a broomstick, dragged him downstairs (kicking and hissing) and tested, fed, and shot him. The 144 PMPS is a beauty, especially considering the numbers we've been getting lately.

All in all, this day was... well, it almost just disappeared. I expect tomorrow to do the same - I'll be at the hospital in the late morning/early afternoon to be there when my mom wakes up from a small outpatient procedure she's having done, and I expect I'll be rushing around trying to keep her happy as she comes back down to earth from the anesthesia.

And Celi! This is actually my first quilting project, although I "helped" on many projects, and grew up learning about the art - my mother is a seasoned quilter (and a novice crocheter and tatter, too!) who has agreed to guide me, so I'm tackling a rather big project with her help (double-sized bed quilt: embroidered tiles, and a large applique from the bottom of an old kimono... which I have yet to acquire!) I'm very much looking forward to getting started - just looking at and collecting the fabric is fun enough!
