Hi I’m so frustrated right now I have no clue why Bailie is so high the last couple of days it’s so disappointing.He has arthritis I don’t know if that may be keeping his numbers high? Also he can barely walk anymore because he is completely on his hocks I’m so sad I wonder if there’s a possibility that he will ever walk normally again . Can someone please tell give me some idea? @Chris & China (GA)[/USER @Wendy&Neko Also is it ok to give churu ? I was told it was ok and always have given as a little treat .

Are you giving him. Zobaline or the equivalent? It does take time and better bg for walking to improve. Churu is just fine. :bighug: If only you could eliminate the dry but I know it’s not possible at this point.
 
Yes I’m giving 2 Zobaline tablets . Started giving 2 3 days ago . I would give anything for him to just eat the wet food and even the one he eats is not a complete food it’s supplemental. I’ve tried everything it’s so discouraging. He used to be on solensia for the arthritis but I saw a group on FB called Solensia killed my cat and I was do scared that I took him off of it 3 months ago . I’m so confused I wish I could give him the Solensia again but I’m terrified to . I wonder if I will ever get him regulated ? He’s been 4 months trying to get regulated. I just found out that the Young Again dry food is available in Canada so I ordered it .
 
Have you talked to your vet about trying Cartrophen? That's what was used for arthritis before Solensia came out. I've had three cats use it, with varying degrees of success.

Going to a low carb dry food should definitely help his numbers.

Hi , Yes he is on Cartrophen and the vet just bumped the dose up to every 2 weeks . I gave him the shot today and he seems more mobile today believe it or not .
He is on Dr.Esleys right now . I’m hoping the young again will do the trick . I hope he likes it .
