Thanks I will. It may be tricky because he has to eat small portions all day long. And whatever he will eat, sometimes its hi carb. Im hoping that's all it is. Now that he is a bit more hungry i am already trying to get away from hc but sometimes its all he will eat.

It doesn’t matter. He can eat whenever he needs. You know he ate at amps so he can keep eating and see if the bg comes down. Don’t worry about food influenced Ambg or pmbg. That is only necessary when on insulin and we need to know if it’s safe to inject.

Yes, the nutritionist is in the process of putting together a recipe for Bill. It is going to involve bison or pork as the novel protein. She is most definitely anti raw! She advised me not to feed freeze dried raw like purebites, because there can be harmful spores. I feel like the benefits of freeze dried outweigh the risks so I have continued with it.
Anyways I am going to try the home-cooked for Bill, I have tried everything so why not I guess.
