12/01 Jax PMPS 70,+2 75,+3 77

I was surprised when I saw 143 yesterday. I wonder if that's from his extra "meal." I hope Jax comes back down for preshots. He's always looking great throughout the day.

Have a great day. Hope you get your car insurance all settled :)

I'm not sure I'd increase with those lovely low numbers...maybe give him another day or three...he seems to get there...maybe just needs a little more time? You guys sure have come a LONG way! Look at the top of your SS...and then at the bottom...WOW!!! I see a sea of green...only a few blues sprinkled in there...

You are a wonderful mama bean!!! Jax - show mama you've got what it takes to go on down to that lagoon and stay there!:bighug:

Those blues do seem odd, but you may want to give it a couple of days to see if they stay. They may have just been a blip. I hope Jax slides down and surfs today.

"Keep on keeping on" sounds like an excellent plan. :bighug: Sounds like the threat of an increase is out there, though. Work the juice, Jax. Or you too will be getting an extra juice box. Talk to Kit. She may have a spare in her picnic basket.
Have a good day!

Ugh. Insurance. Thankfully I think it's all covered but the process just makes me sick. Trying to remind myself it's just a car and I'm okay but I'm so stressed about the whole thing. I really love my car and it's only two years old but man has it tested me in the windshield department - it has some body damage from yesterday and windshield is super busted...how the branch wasn't in my car IDK...so it will be the car's second new windshield and third windshield incident (two rocks have hit my windshield before on two separate instances lol...one chip/crack got filled and then the second one hit the edge of the windshield and couldn't be repaired). All are "acts of God" and no fault of me or the car...and my car sure kept me nice and safe from that branch! My hubby keeps asking how I didn't run off the road but my car took that branch like a champ.

And I don't think eating Benji's barf did it o_O (I don't see a barf face lol)...They both eat Wellness Complete...Benji is on Turkey and Jax is on Chicken because heaven forbid they eat the same flavor...but they are both <1% carb per Wellness's website. I switched Benji to low carb in the event Jax got into Benji's food (the thought of him eating Benji's barf hadn't crossed my mind lol).

Thanks Sue :bighug::bighug::bighug: I know he's come leap and bounds - it's always a good reminder to look back. I'm very grateful. Maybe I'll tag Marje later - she was saying on one of my previous posts as long as I'm testing like I am then I can go for whatever (ETA safe :)) nadir I'm comfortable with. Earliest I'd increase would be in the AM...I'll check my closet one more time for patience pants :p

Morning Susanne , I hope Jax goes back to green pre shots. Went through it with
Tyler and got frustrated, but it finally happened. I also remember Marje telling me
the same thing. I hope you get your car back soon,
Wishing you a better day :bighug::bighug::cat:

It is odd that he’s inching up. I would increase tomorrow morning if he doesn’t show more green. Can’t figure out why. I know you stoped the late feedings which is good but wonder if feeding a little of the lc at +5 or +6 instead of stopping at +4 might help. I’m wondering wondering if feeding bigger amounts by +4 is slowing him down too much. I’m just trying to think of a reason. I might be wrong.

As for the windshields, I had to replace one due to a rock when my beemer was only 2. It’s 17 now!

I thought about that too...I just spaced them out from +3 to +4 last night. Maybe I need to split breakfast over AMPS and +1 and then his snacks done by +5 or +6 like you're saying. Honestly, I just wanted to try out the early feeding but maybe it's not for him. Why would he follow rules lol :p?

Off to take my car up to collision shop at the dealer (they are partners with our insurance). Hoping for the best!

I fed Max all his food by +4 or 5 unless he was low. I’m just wondering if too much before onset may be bringing Jax up too soon.
