Good morning,

Happy December + here's yesterday

Cabergoline today (#8) 1.1ML (110mcg). Good appetite. Still giving some Metamucil and S. boullardi as diarrhea not entirely resolved but really decreased in relation to not diarrhea, if you get the picture.

Eddie's on his bed looking like the Prince of Black Cat Nation, all regal and comfy. I have to go to work today but will be back around AM +4.5.

Do you measure how much he drinks per day? Any chance your heating system is working a little harder and drying out the air?

I measure by eye as he’s the only one using one of the water stations. He’s been drinking relatively small amounts normally and at the bowl infrequently. Today though, he’s hanging out at the bowl and drinking for what I would say is a long time in comparison and I’ve replenished the water. It’s been colder and he lives hanging out by the gas fireplace so that might contribute. I’ll keep an eye on him with fingers crossed…
 
@Wendy&Neko Again at PMPS in the yellow zone and as you point out, he likes his blues in the morning. What do you make of this pattern. Almost every PMPS is twice as high as AMPS. Is it because he gets more food during the day? That is, he gets breakfast (the big meal) and a relatively good snack at each test time. Then at night he goes to blue. But that is still only one more snack than during the day. I don't get it.
 
I seem to remember than his dinner is 2-3 hours before PMPS? Giving lots of food after nadir, when the insulin effect is waning, can shorten duration and cause higher PMPS numbers. Neko had a bigger dinner a couple hours before what became PMPS time, and a snack at what became PMPS. I switched it so she got a snack at +9, and a large dinner at PMPS time.

Actually, I changed his snack/dinner PMPS time long ago. This is what his food schedule looks like (for the most part):

AMPS Breakfast + shot
AM + 4 (or +5): snack
AM + 8 : snack
PMPS Dinner + shot
PM+ 6, +7 or +8 snack
