? 119 this Am Stalling should I change dosage ?

Adam is usually in the 300s. I Increased him from 2 units to 2 1/4 on 02/09/21 to see if I could get his numbers down again. I tested him a few mins ago before breakfast and he was at 119. We are stalling ( he isn't happy ) and going to see if it goes up again. I know its not low but its low for him

Hi,

I've not used Prozinc so can't help you with the insulin question. I see you've been waiting for a reply for a while. If you don't get a reply in time, the best I can suggest to you is look at the guidelines for handling lower than normal preshots in the Prozinc dosing guidelines.

PS:

As a general tip, be sure to factor how well stocked you are with strips, MC and HC foods, and your availability to monitor BG throughout the cycle into your dosing decision.

He went up a little more. My internet just went down. I have him 2 units . I have strips and everything in case he crashes. Worse comes to worse I own a pet food pantry and will pull a can off the shelf and replace it later. He is very hjngry though. I fed him and now hw is licking the can.
