Mea culpa, mea culpa: bad cat mom reporting here. After the green 83 yesterday, I kind of lost my cool. I knew she'd go green yesterday on the 0.25; then the bounce to yellows post-vet visit, which was stressful with blood and urine samples taken. She was desperate for cuddles and reassurance after the vet visit, but then I had to go out again.
Even with her bounce post-vet, I was anxious as I knew I had to be away all day today for appointments that I couldn't miss. I have no idea why I got so worried about giving her the 0.25, but I was, so I did a PM BCS of 0.1 yesterday and an AMP BCS of 0.1 even though her numbers were screamingly high.
But we're back to 0.25 now tonight and I'll be good from now on - promise!
I just hope she'll come down fairly quickly. I do notice a difference with me using the insulin ruler: the doses I'm giving her are more consistent, clearly, but it will be interesting to see what dose she decides to settle on. I might need something between the 0.25 and the 0.1 or just keep switching between the two: we'll see what happens.

I do rinse them first if I'm going to wash them along with people dishes.
