Raised Trix up to 1.5U this morning. This is the highest dose she's ever been on...hopefully we'll finally start getting somewhere.
It's already been a very rough day in civvie-land. I'm running on about 2 hours of sleep right now. Zen seems to be doing OK; the inflammation already looks a bit better. My biggest concern is keeping him from licking the area, since I can't get that e-collar on him. It freaked him out so badly, and the last thing we need to add to the mix is an injury. His eyes are as big as saucers from the bupe.
In other news, Frankie was constipated this morning, and someone - I don't know who - peed in one of the cat beds. I'm assuming that could have been eitehr Frankie or Zen. On top of that, Petey decided to try and dart into the laundry room, where I do their food prep. The laundry room door is "saloon" style, so it swings both ways. I didn't see him do this, nor did I expect it because he never does it, and the door fell on him. He seems OK, but is startled and jumpy, and as a result as not eaten yet.
I love all of my kitties with my entire heart, but this year has been so tough...I hate to say it, but sometimes I am so jealous of all you folks with only one or two kitties. I'm totally overwhelmed these days... :YMSIGH:
