Good Morning, TGIF,

I don't know where that 250 came from! Especially after a good night, good test, good shot, good breakfast. We'll see where he is in the late afternoon today. I'll be out on a hike, so the boys will be home alone. Edward can't test because of his eyes, but he will feed Rusty his lunch and snacks.

Thinking of Roni and Moonie and hoping that the day will bring them some good news. Sending healing vines to Reuben, Noni, and all kitties and beans who are in need of some. Keeping Dale and her family in our hearts and prayers.

Hi again,

I'm back from a lovely hike on the Jackrabbit Ski Trail from Lake Placid to near Saranac Lake Village. There was snow on the eastern section of the trail (about 2 inches) and some lovely ice crystals. We had our lunch on the shore of MacKensie Pond. Very enjoyable day with quite a bit of sunshine early on, but then the weather locked in again and now it is raining.

Rusty and Edward had a good day. Rusty brought his bgs down and enjoyed about twice as much food for lunch as I would have given him (to his credit, he grazed, and was not a glutton). They enjoyed some outdoor time and a good combing.

hi! It sounds like you had a lovely day. I remember seeing ice crystals and how beautiful and intricate they are. ol mom nature can do some amazing stuff.
I'm glad "the boys" had a fun day together. Fun for all, that's what it's all about.

gosh, just hearing about your hike was a lovely mini vacation :razz: glad rusty chilled out and found his way down!

Hi again,
Tonight's shot was a possible fur shot. Rusty jerked away just as I pushed the plunger of the syringe. I didn't smell Lev., but Edward thinks he did. Oh well, it wasn't a great day of numbers in any event! Rusty enjoyed his dinner of Wellness Turkey and is napping in his basket.

Off to visit some condos. bbl,

the good news is you get to do it all again tomorrow, and he'll get back on track! glad to hear rusty's doing well - and it sounds like all is well with you and Edward.

you must have needed a different home ec teacher! :-D

I'm glad you enjoyed your hike. I hate those fur shots. Thanks for the well wishes about Furball's fur shot in Furball's condo. I hope you didn't give one, but like you said he will get back on track if you did.

:lol: Julie! I did better in cooking than in sewing! We learned useful things, like how to set the table, how to make toast (in the oven!) and how to make "white sauce". We wore the aprons we made in sewing. ohmygod_smile
