Yesterday

Ups and downs continue. Tonight he got a short shot (insulin left in the syringe), so who knows where we'll be in the morning. Appetite so-so.

Beans did yard work getting ready for possible snow tonight. It's a good thing we cancelled today's paddle. We've put our canoes away and taken the rack off the car. But if we should have a stretch of Indian Summer, we'll get them out again.

Everyone have a good evening. I'm going downstairs to hold Rusty's bowl to encourage him to eat.

Looks like Rusty is returning to more normal numbers (for Rusty anyway)

It's sad to finally have to admit defeat and take the rack off the car and put the canoes away, but I guess if we didn't have the cold, we wouldn't appreciate the warm as much either!!

Snow?! Yuck. We had some drift down earlier this week but nothing stuck. Now we are back to November rains.
