11/9 Ruby AMPS 173/+3 135/+6 150/PMPS 166/+3 178

Feeling a little discombobulated. I'm three hours behind East Coast time and I'm managing the spreadsheet while I am away. DBF called me at PMPS because he got a 34 (!!!) and freaked out, understandably. Told him to retest and he got a 166, which is consistent with how Ruby's been doing all day. Tested again at PM +3 and she's at 176 so that is good. :) Bad strip. :rolleyes: Of course that would happen when I go for a trip 3000 miles away from home.

Ruby has her ultrasound tomorrow and it wasn't until I got back to my hotel way after NYC hospital closing time that I realized the doctor gave no instructions about insulin and food tomorrow morning, but thank goodness @Kirsten ACG asked the same question here today! I've instructed DBF to give Ruby ½ dose insulin the morning and a smaller than usual amount to eat at AMPS before he takes her to AMC. She might be high tomorrow but she will come right back down in a day or so.

Hi Katherine, hope you get some rest tonight. Praying some more for positive test results. Hi Katherine, I'm sure Frank freaked out when he got that 34 . I'm happy to see Ruby pooped today. I'm hoping for a good report tomorrow. I hope you can get some sleep tonight. Will be checking in on Ruby tomorrow. :bighug::bighug::bighug:
