I changed the timing of her gabapentin, now she has it at 1 pm and 1 am, and she stays awake better in the mornings and evenings. And everybody sleeps better at night I am not sure how much to space the Adequan injections now, 1 week? 2 weeks? I will email our vet but I was wondering what people do usually?

With Chewie and my civvie Mew who has bad arthritis in a front paw, I tried giving Adequan every 2 weeks after the introductory period, but it didn't seem enough, Mew was still limping pretty badly.
Then we fell off the wagon during the move, so I just restarted their injections two weeks ago, doing it once a week. No visible improvement yet, but I'll keep you posted!

I gave her the last one 9 days after the introductory period. She was starting to chew her leg again. It's been 6 days, I will do it tomorrow. Are you keeping the same dose?

Yes, I keep the same dose we started with. I remember the vet in Oregon said there were no toxicity/side effects concerns with it, so it was fine for me to decide how often to inject based on the signs I saw in my cats. So with you and Bella, if she is starting to show pain and Chew her leg after 9 days, doing it every 7 days sounds logical.
