Yesterday's Condo

I'm always amazed at what a difference his raw diet makes. He's only been eating it exclusively for about a day and a half, but already, he's got more energy and his coat is even softer and snugglier than ever. Awoke before the actual alarm this morning in the 10 minutes before the alarm period when the lights are on and the birds are chirping (I have one of those sensory alarm clocks) to Willie sitting at attention, waiting for his bean to wake up and start the day. So nice that he let me wake up on my own terms. After a close encounter with the clean plate club, we had a rousing game of bed mice before settling in for some btb cuddles, Willie with a big happy grin on his face.

Our thoughts are with those whose kitties have crossed the bridge this week, including the beans of Calistica, Boo and Jack, the cat infamously lost by American Airlines.

ETA: Just realized today is our 11 mo. annifursary starting Lantus and being part of the LL family. Willie would invite the kids over, but the leaf piles, while still present, are exceedingly soggy!! I feel so honored to be part of such a wonderful, kind and caring community. Love you guys so much!

I'm glad to see Willie is lining the raw again. Is he on it exclusively, or are you still feeding any canned?

Oooooo, the leaf piles are wet? We gotta see what everyone else has open today. Too dark here to tell yet. Tess

Great to hear that Willie is liking the exclusively raw diet so lovingly prepared for him. What great AMPS this morning! Sounds very relaxing at your house this morning. It was so nice of him to watch over you and make sure you were ok until you woke up on your own. Enjoy your day Christie!

We gots wet leaves here too Willie. I think we need sun. Hopefully someone has some for us. - T

We feel pretty fortunate to be part of LL too. I don't think Zener would have survived if Anne hadn't found it.

Nice amps for Willie!! Almost green! Nice too on the raw diet. I am glad that Willie has taken to it so well. One of these days I need to give it a try...

Willie, dude! Leaf piles??? wet soggy leaf piles??? OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO - we could go sliding on those - what fun!! Count me in. We need to celebrate your annifursary!! See you - Mannie

i'm glad you're here too! :YMHUG: and punkin says he's not afraid of a little water on his leaves - he's an oregonian. we have duck feet. :-D

I think we are all grateful to have found this place. I'm with Liz, not sure if Muffin would have survived this disease without LL, and she certainly wouldn't have gone OTJ in 4 months!

That's so awesome about the raw diet, that only makes me more excited for Leo to try out the new diet this week.

So cute Willie waited for you to wake up, what a sweet kitty!
