Good Morning, Everyone,

Hopefully the insulin got in this morning and we are on our way down from last night's fur shot! We all had a good night. It was a snuggle night (cold: in the low 20s). Rusty ate most of his nighttime food. He was so active playing late in the evening that I'm not surprised that he dove into the nighttime food, even though he had just finished his dinner (grazed on it all evening). This morning we had a nice schmooze and I am about to call my sister to wish her a happy 87th birthday. This is the sister who canoes with us and we are wishing her a great new year ahead.

Farmers' indoor market this morning. Then maybe a hike in the VIC this afternoon. The sprinkling of snow is gone. But it's pretty cold.

sending Rusty "come down now!" vines! it's unusual to see him that high, but he'll recover from the fur shot. :-D

Looks like the insulin got in!! Up a bit, Rusty, then surf it.

Rusty recovered quickly from the fur shot. I hope he surfs a little higher for you. Happy Birthday to your sister.

Hi again,
Thanks for the birthday wishes for my sister. She's celebrating tonight with 2 of her children and their spouses. All her grandkids are away, working, or still in college. We'll see some of them at Thanksgiving and some at Christmas.

Rusty had a nice afternoon sleeping in his little bed next to the radiator. Edward and he had a play session and I combed him. We went for a short walk in the VIC. There was snow on the ground there and it was pretty icy on the boardwalks over the bogs. But at least we got out in this gray, damp, cold day.

Off to visit some condos. Hope all is well in LL,

Are you wearing spikes on your boots yet for the ice? Brrr! More happy birthday wishes for your sister. :-D

WOW, you guys are really COLD! BRRRRRRR! This has been the first day here where we have been consistently in the 40's. Seems like a freezer out there. :lol: :lol: :lol: I can't imagine your 230's. Winter is here.... I hope you and Edward had a great walk through the VIC.
