Nice sunny start to our day today after some pretty blues and greens last night. I am liking the consistency Tarragon is showing on this dose finally. He is smoothing out the "b's" and dipping his toes in the greens but staying at safer levels while his beans are out making the $$$.

Last night was "turn on the furnace for the first time this season" day. Woohoo! DH was not pleased but I told him to suck it. :lol: We had a packed bed again with both kitties snuggled deep against the beans all night long. DH had to get up in the night to use his litterbox and had a hard time getting out from under the covers with Tarragon and I on one side and Turnup holding down the other side. :lol: Poor guy. Soooo much love. It could be worse. At least Charlie doesn't sleep in the bed. He lays on the floor next to me in his own bed.

All 5 p's present and Animal Planet watching was in progress when I left this morning.

:lol: :lol: Oh this just cracks me up to no end! Since when does DH have his own LB? So funny the way Tarragon and Turnup bookend you and DH! You wouldn't dare disturb Turnup either! :lol:

LOL on DH and the LB too! I have that problem - so funny we don't want to disturb the cats. Who controls who? :-D

Wow, it's already into November and this is the first time you've turned on the furnace! I had no idea your climate out there was so moderate. Sounds like a good night was had by all the fur kids, snuggling to keep warm.

Nice report on Tarragon's more stable numbers. Good job, T.!

Like everyone else I literally laughed out loud while reading your condo!!!! Funny, when cats need to use their LB, they don't care if they disturb us...walk on our face, smack us with their tails, etc. But heaven forbid when we need to get up...I can just hear Gandalf saying "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!" Also, I love your comment, "Suck it"! Have a great day.

Hi Melissa......hehe from me too, about DH's LB. I also know the ritual of trying to get out from under cat bookends. Mine sleep on top of the quilt, holding me prisoner. :lol:
Wow, I wish I could wait until Nov to turn furnace on. On the other hand, I was in Tulsa for a Labor Day weekend once, and thought I would pass out from the heat....after dark, even!! I kept runnning into the house to suck in the AC. :roll:

Glad you have found a good dose for Tarragon and he is 5 Ps. :lol: about DH using his LB! Same thing happens here. Cats pin down beans at night, we contort as needed to get up without disturbing the cats, then reverse contortions to get back in bed, then cats get up and move around anyway. Sometimes they vary routine, one starts barfing while the rest have us pinned down. They certainly know who is in charge and its not the humans :-D

It's good to hear you found a dose that is working for Tarragon. That's so funny on DH and the LB. It's funny how we don't want to disturb our kitties when they are sleeping.
 
So much for that good dose for Tarragon. He's got other thought about that! Stay up there Tarragon, your beans aren't going to go to bed to keep you warm unless you surf some nice numbers.

Too funny story on being pinned in bed. I had Theo spooning me under the covers last night and I couldn't sleep for worrying about making sure he was getting fresh air. We truly are their servants. :lol:

Whoa Tarragon...that is quite the dip there. Congrats on the reducie!!!

Woohoo on firing up the furnace! I so hate the gas bill in the winter, but I hate being cold even more!

Hi Melissa - so sorry for the late post... another DGS day where it is beyond late by the time have a free moment. I hope your day has been a good one.
