Good morning.

Mikan's still not her usual self yet.
She spent all day yesterday resting upstairs on the rocking chair or under the bathtub.
I know she needs to rest. Hopefully, she's feeling better bit by bit and I see her a little more interactive.

Awww poor baby. It’s got to be traumatic to their bodies to go through surgery, Kit.
Is she still on pain meds? Eating ok?
Wishing Mikan a pain free day and feeling much better.
I know it’s so hard to see her off her regular routines.
We are sending you both love and prayers for her to perk up very soon. ❤️

Hi Staci,
Yeah, this must have taken a toll on her, for sure.
She's eating okay, but a bit grumpy. :oops:
When I brush her head and cheeks gently, she normally becomes a purring machine and wiggles around. But no, not this morning yet.
She let me do it but no purring :(
Hopefully, though, she is getting better, and soon, she'll be back to be my sweet, wiggly purring machine!

Awww. Sweet wiggly girl. She loves her Mama. She’ll come around. It just takes time and it’s hard to wait for us. I’m sure she just wants to sleep at all and feel like herself again. Sending you all the hugs xoxo
