Furball was happy & purry this morning & played with some pencils under my desk. She is bouncing from her greens last night. I gave her 1/4 of a can of HC at +2.25 last night, but she didn't eat all of it. When I got up to test at +6.25 she hadn't eaten any more of it and I took the plate away. I don't think the HC influenced that pink. I think it is all bounce. Hopefully she'll slide down slowly today.

I scheduled Furball's dental for December 13. I talked to the vet yesterday about her ear infection. She spoke with a dermatologist at Ohio State and the dermatologist recommended Gentamicin. It is an AB usually used for the eyes, but it doesn't contain a steroid. I will pick it up on Friday when I take Kitty to the vet for a follow-up on the granuloma on her tongue.

Hope Furball clears this bounce quickly, but safely :-D Happy that your vet was able to suggest an AB that won't play crazy with Furball numbers.

Bummer on the bounce, but WOW, and YAY on the greens last night. Very nice. I hope the bounce will be a short one. Come on down Furball, nothing exciting on the pink floor.

Good luck with the meds for the ear infection. It is nice that there are no steroids. YAY!

Hi Carla,
It's great that your vet was able to find a non-steroid medicine for Furball's ears. I've made a note of it in case Rusty has to have ear meds again. Please let us know how Furball does on it.

Too bad about the bounce, but glad that there were greens to bounce from!

I guess if she's gonna be bouncy it's better for her to be low at night when you're home and higher while you're away at work. Furball? We would much rather you just be flat cat, ok? cat_pet_icon

It was nice to come home to some blue. I just hope she doesn't give me a second bounce like she does sometimes.

Yuck! Furball, you come down from there, right now! Paws crossed for the AB to clear up her ear. That is one of the great things about LL, beans sharing info like an AB that may work better.

Ok Furball...get it out of your system tonight and give your mama some great green again tomorrow. And just for being such a good girl, go ahead and take the weekend off from bouncing. :-D Great news Carla about the AB sans steroids. I'm curious, what did they do for Kitty's granuloma? Surgery or meds? Good luck on the follow up visit!
