Morning all! It's a beautiful Thursday here. Sarge hit blue at +7 last night and was only yellow this morning. He probably has a dose increase in his future but since we are so close to green AM and PM I may wait until Friday night or Saturday to do it so I can watch him. He has his yearly check up on Tuesday and I would love him not to have NDW for it but hopefully he will take an increase well and be in a better spot before the weekend was over.

I never thought he felt particularly weak since his diabetes dx but in the last week his muscle tone seems to have doubled. He seems so much stronger when I hold him for his spot tests and insulin. He doesn't fight me but if he did he might soon be a challenge for one person to hold. Little things like that tell me he must be starting to feel better.

Don't those improvements, some only a mamabean would know, make big smiles! And a nice affirmation that we're doing something right! (I get a softer coat from my girl when she's feeling better.)
