11/6 LOOSE LIPS: a social day....

Good Morning LL!! (YUM! Elsa outdid herself this morning: PRIMO!), and Happy WACKY Wednesday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Today is WACKY WEDNESDAY!!! Lola and Bug SWEAR that it won't be wacky pizzas, just wacky Wednesday. Whatever that means.... The whack-a-thon marathons continue. All the kitters seem to like them. so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot Breve's made from Sun-Dried Sumatra Rasuna beans. For my mocha fans: a VENTI Quad Cimmamum and Frango Mint infused white mocha/mocha blend with Frango chocolate chips melted within, topped with a cimmamum whip garnished with cimmamum sprinkles, white chocolate curls and frango mocha drizzle. ....SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of mint and vanilla and cimmamum swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with mint chips and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts always on the menu

I hope everyone had a great Tuesday yesterday. We did well here. It was a busy out an about day, but I really had a good time. It's always great to see my son, and anytime out to Seattle is fun too. There are times when I do miss working in the city. Not alot of them, but some! :lol: Here's what I wrote in last night's post about the day: "Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. We did well here. Breffis with my son was nice. We both like the new place. The service is good, food is great, and we will be back. We both had french toast today, all dressed up: he had berries on top, I had an apple compote. YUM! Seattle was a nice visit too. Remember that guy I wrote bout last week? The one that had been absent for so log? Well, they did let him go. Duh... and a no brainer! The rest of the day was spent cleaning (UGH!) and tending to a few minor things I have been wanting to do. I have this one wall in my hall that is what I call the Cat Gallery. it has photos of all the kitties I have ever had, each one has their on mug shot on the wall. I had yet to add Lola and Bug, so today I did. Now my cat gallery is up to date. Normalcy in MusketeerVille! ARRGGHHHHHHHHHHH on the time change! When will these kitties ADJUST! :shock: :shock: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: They were a little better with dinner, but that darn breffis one is a bit much. The kitty choir was in full force t 3AM, with all that NOISE! :lol: :lol: "FEED ME! OR ELSE!" :shock: "WHY AREN'T YOU GETTING OUT OF BED!" :shock: :shock: "ok guys, let's get the hose, that'll wake her up!" :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: I got up. :lol: :lol: They got my disturbing the peace lecture. I don't think they were listening.... all I got back was NOM NOM NOM NOM..... Yesterday I packed up some of the Halloween decor. Of course I had a helper. Whatever I packed she drug out. LOLA! :roll: She especially liked the packing box. That got Lola-ized. I now need a new box. :shock: :roll: Elsa and Bug were sleeping. How come they always miss all the fun? Lola also helped with the photo additions to the cat wall. She'd pace back an forth, looking at the photos. "What's up? WHATCHA DOIN'? I see KITTIES!" :? I'm glad she left the photos alone. YUPP! so far, Normalcy in MusketeerVille!

Have a great day everyone. I am back on Nicholas and William duty today. Nicholas and I will swim while the other grandparents watch William for a few hours for me. We are due for a sunny afternoon. I hope they are right, and maybe we can go to a park in the afternoon.

I went to bed last night after reading your post from yesterday ~ craving french toast. And this morning I woke up and the craving was still there. Maybe I should do something about this... ;-) :lol:

What a nice day in the city yesterday!
I still need to put Halloween away ~ maybe you can send Lola over to help out? (My Halloween storage boxes are plastic... ;-) :lol: )
I love that you have a cat wall ~ pics of kitties, past and present? Very nice.

Enjoy your day with the energizer fish and his sleepy sidekick. It's so nice that you have help from the other grandparents ~ it takes a village!

Nice on the social day! Love the pics and the french toast looked YUMMY. What fun! Glad they got rid of that guy. Geesh. What is up with people? I don't understand it. Maybe you could apply for the job since you miss it. :lol: :lol: :lol: The kitties would not be happy and neither would Erin. :lol:

What a cool idea on the cat wall. I need to do that eventually. Of course, Tarragon and Turnup are our first kitties so it would be pretty bare. Glad Lola was such a big help with the decorations and the wall. I didn't bother putting out Halloween this year since, by the time I thought of it, I was a week away from having to put it away again. :lol:

I love the Cat Gallery. That is a great idea. I have picture frames where you can put multiple photos on my walls with all of the kitties I've had over the years. That's funny how Lola helped you put away the Halloween decorations. :lol: It should be a surprise. I hope you get some sunny weather for your afternoon with the boys.

Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. it was a swim day for us, what fun we had! Nicholas and I went to the pool, William went to spend the morning with his other grandparents. It was a great day at the pool. Heck, they are all great. It was close to two hours today, and dang - energizer FISH didn't want to go home. We closed out the morning session once again. :lol: :lol: Funny: tonight while we are getting set to go meet his dad he says he doesn't want to do that, and then says "can I go swim again, please?" you gotta love that. We did just about all there was to do today. A few months ago he wouldn't stand near those buckets that dump water, now he has to stand under them repeatedly and get nailed. Way too funny. Big pool was good too. After one of his jump ins he pops up all excited and says he touched the bottom. So of course we had to do that several more times. He made about 60% of them. It was just way too fun. so went the day in the pool. He told me again that he wants William with him too. It ought to be incredible when William is mobile, and can jump in with him. i can so see that scene. :lol: :lol: :lol: I will post the Picassa link in tomorrow's condo.

Hi Josie - oh too funny on the french toast. and did you amke some? ours sure was good! now I would be HAPPY to send Lola over to help you out with the Halloween decor. She sure did help me! :roll: You'll be safe though if those boxes are plastic. Hi Melissa - THX: that french toast was really good! it's not normally something I would order, but well... that may have changed my mind. Major YUM. So agreed to on that guy - and I don't understand people either. it was all nuts with him. OH SURE on my applying... not. :lol: I like my cat wall... so many kitties are on that wall. It's a nice way to remember them all, those still here, and those no longer with us. Nicholas walks by all the time and waves at Mannie's photos: "Hi Mannie!" way cool. LOL on your dc orations. Wish I'd done it that way.

Hi Carla - THX on the cat gallery. I like your photo frames idea too. I have one of those for each one of the kids, with photos from then they were toddlers. It is fun, isn't it? oh yeah on Lola and the decorations. I'd pack, she'd unpack. :lol: :lol: :lol: I finally tossed her on the box with all the stuff. She thought that was great. :lol: :lol: THX on today - a few strays, but not much. I read tonight that another storm is moving in overnight: high winds with it. oh goodie....

Hi Ann - THC, it was. I enjoy my "social day". It's fun to get out, visit the "big city". ;-) I SO AGREE on Lola - she is so crazy, ton of fun, and I am so "OMG!" what will happen at Christmas.... :shock: :lol: :lol:

Hi Jane THX, the day was a good one. Yupp, I will have to see if i can get a pic of that: touching the bottom. That would be fun. And yes - he plays very hard when he is there, very very tired when we are done. ;-) I have a feeling that you are very right on Christ,as here ths year: ALL will be Lola-ized! :shock: :lol: oh oh.......
