Good Morning LL,

I've got a kitty at the green lagoon! :mrgreen: I hope he didn't go too low during the night, i tested him twice last night and both times he was yellow so i figured it was safe to go to bed. We had a good test, shoot and feed this morning with some Friskies T&G served for breffis......yummy! A little high for breffis but he's green so he should be ok.

So my family needs the magic of LL healing prayers, on Thursday my great-nephew (6 months old) pushed himself out of his mom's arms and fell onto the freezer then the floor, cracking his head. He had a blood clot in his brain and needed to have emergency brain surgery, yesterday we thought he was getting much better but starting having seizures last night, so the dx is now brain damage but they (doctors) still don't know to what degree. He hit the left side of his head and now has paralysis on the right side of his body, yesterday he wasn't recognizing my brother (his DGpa) or my SIL or his mom, it doesn't look good and the little guy probably has a long ways to go before he's out of the woods. Any nice healing thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Today will be go see the great nephew at the hospital and get winter tires put on my vehicle, so i hope Leo cooperates with my plans!

Tracy, that is awful news about your grand nephew. We are sending heaps of healing vines and white light and thinking positively that he will recover completely. Please keep us up to date and tell your brother and family that we are all praying for the little guy.

Leo, surf that green. Rusty is in the lagoon this morning also. You can have a nice surf together.

Morning Tracy, nice greenie. Maggie is joining Leo at the Green Lagoon today. Maybe he can teach her how to catch a mousie.
Oh how terrible with your great nephew! Sending tons of healing vines and prayers for him and also for his Mom and family. Hope you see improvement when you visit. I think the FF T&G should keep him surfing. It acts like a HC for Mags being so carb sensitive.

I hope this situation resolves. Kids are so resilient and I hope your g-nephew is one of those kids who bounces back. Sending tons of vines.

Good news!! Leo's bile acid test came back and his liver is functioning normal and nothing is wrong!! So now we have to assume he's got some organomegaly from his acro, Andrea says that now we've theoretically stopped his acromegaly that his liver should have stopped growing as well. I did order him some denamarin that ill start him on as soon as I get it.

Nice green start for Leo today. He is celebrating the good results from his bile acid test! Dr. Timian told me that organ changes will get better over time after SRT.

I am sorry to hear about your DGNephew's injury. Sending healing vines in your direction and to your family. These kinds of injuries can be slow to recover from.

(((( Tracy )))) I'm so sorry about your great nephew. Anne would echo Sienne, kids are resilient and their brains at that age can make remarkable recoveries. Sending tons of healing energy to him and the whole family. Great news about your fuzzy boy. Go Leo!

Thanks everyone for the good healing words and thoughts about the great nephew. I didn't make it over to see him today, apparently in the ICU they are having a real problem with him having "too many" family members there :roll: But i did speak to my brother today and i guess he's doing a bit better, no seizures today. Its so hard to know whether he's going to suffer life-long with this injury or whether he's going to bounce back and lead a normal life. Babies are just like kitties, not able to tell you what's going on with their bodies and what hurts.

I did buy a new vehicle today too, i went in for winter tires and left with a brand new 2013 Nissan Rogue! Actually i pick it up tomorrow, very exciting! Except i have to go back to work on Thursday so i won't have much time to cruise around in it.........i'll have to wait until next week to drive around!

Leo spent the day with his DGpa while i was out running around, he did very well today and ate like 3 cans of MC FF elegant medleys and surfed the lagoon for the most part :mrgreen: Spoiled kitty!

I'm very relieved that Leo's liver is functioning just as it should, but on the other hand i wish i wouldn't have had to spend $600 to find out nothing was wrong with his liver!

I feel like he owes me $600 worth of snuggles, kitty kisses and purrs.

I am very glad to see Leo's good news. I'm sorry to see that it comes hand in hand with your grandnephew's injury. My heart hurts for you and your family. Emma pulled that move so many times; why do they have to do that?
