Coming in with a post PMPS thread. I went to 1 unit (from 1.25) because she had dropped low and I know I can't monitor as much as I'd like. But I also question if that was a mistake based on tonight's PMPS. The indecision and uncertainty sucks, y'all. Should I go back up to 1.25? Stick with this because I can't monitor? I won't be able to monitor PMPS until +5 realistically until Thursday. I can get a +1 and +2 for AMPS for the most part. Theatre and trying to be aggressive with the FD is kicking my tuchus. Not gonna lie, seeing that PMPS was probably the most demoralizing part of the day so far.

PMPS could be part bounce from the lime, part reduced dose. I'd hold the 1 unit especially since since you can't monitor as much. Better to be safe

Sometimes cats just like to throw a random high number in there. Try not to worry about a single bad number. You are looking for trends and how low the nadirs are on this dose. Yes, I know what it's like to see a random pink in there.

I know why I chose to decrease temporarily, I just then panic and freak out that I'm just setting her back (it doesn't help that I'm super behind at work and it all just adds up to the crazy).

I often had to do a "temporary reduction" for life, well more like for sleep/health. Hardest thing was to sit on my hands and wait it out.

Oh Alicia, sending hugs to you. I know how frustrating this is when you’re trying to keep Kit safe since you can’t monitor as well as keep this train moving in a positive direction.
It’s only a few more days and you’ll be past this hump of a bad schedule. Hang in there
