Gracie's Yesterday

Happy Sunday Lantus Land. Sending healing vines to Ozzie, Calistica, Muffin, and Rocket and any others who need them.
Flat is the name of the game for Gracie. Her bounce yesterday was pretty flat...especially last night. She has been pretty much in blue today but also very flat. She was in the low 50s on this dose Friday night so I know it has potential....perhaps she just needs a little more time. It's bigtime snuggle weather here. I crashed at midnight last night and she and Tobes were still playing but some time during the night, she cuddled into my arms....I didn't even wake up but when I did awaken at 4:30 am, she was there, sound asleep. I went btb after T/F/S and within a couple minutes, she hopped up, chirped, headbutted me several times and then plopped back into my arms and purred us both back to sleep for 1-1/2 hours. Sweet baby girl.
Wish you all could have seen she and Tobey playing last night. I almost fell off the couch from laughing so hard. He was on his back and she was standing over his tail nipping his toes and he spread out the toes on his back foot and planted it right in the middle of her face :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: ....no claws, of course. They raced each other all over the house and Tobey, on one pass through the den, grabbed his little, white furry toy we call his "rat" and was running around with that silly thing in his mouth and Gracie in hot pursuit. After they were done playing, he took it and drowned it in the water bowl...I have no idea why he does this but has since he was a little kitten.
Mr. Rattlesnake is back this morning outside the gate. I have no clue why he has picked this location as a fav spot lately. It's really cool here and I can't figure out why he is not holed up somewhere...guess he just needs that last bite of food.....which does not include me.
Off to my chores and I need to spend some time talking to DM today about things. My DS went back to SC this morning. I hope to check in condos later today but if I do it now, I'll never get anything else done....it's so much fun to visit!!!
