Hi Everyone,
My question is could she be bouncing today because I missed evening tests and did not see low numbers (as Wendy suggested) or is it something else?
This week has been a crazy week! My DH is out of town on business and I have been entertaining out of town guests. I do also have my own business and also work full time, so I need to fit that in. (As we all know, having a cat with DM and Acro is expensive.)
For the past two nights, I have not done late night tests....mostly because Tiff usually stays pretty consistent and her PMPS tests were not too low. She has been doing really well on Cabergoline and going down in insulin. I am super sad that she is high today and concerned that her tumour is acting up or something else is wrong.
Any suggestions for me would be great...I don't know about anyone else, but I have been dealing with this since February and am becoming weary with all the ups and downs, highs and lows and sacrifices I know that everyone on this board makes for their beloved furry children.
I have never had a bounce, so any info is helpful. Thank you!

My night time routine was "wash face, brush teeth, poke cat, turn out light". The "poke cat" takes no more than a minute of time. Tiffany was getting some nice low blues on 7 units and the 8 unit depot had plenty of time to drain so those low blues were showing you that 7 units was enough insulin, perhaps even too much if she was going lower at night. With cabergoline in the picture, you really do need to be vigilant. The other possible explanations for today's numbers are a fur shot - does her fur smell like insulin? The tumour pulsing doesn't happen that fast.
