Good Morning, Everyone,
26 degrees this morning, but it looks like the sun may make an appearance today (for the first time in over a week!). That will be welcome. Rusty had a good night snuggling between his beans (and taking too much of the quilt!). We had a good test, breakfast (combo plate of Wellness Turkey and Wellness Chicken), good shot, and the radiator is nice and warm and Rusty is in his little bed next to it, soaking up the heat. We are waiting for the furnace man to come today to do the annual maintenance on our furnace. (Great! he just arrived!)
Guess what? There is no Monday Paddle today. It may warm up a bit by the end of the week, so we are keeping the canoe rack up on the car. This afternoon I will harvest the herbs for drying (they may be "freeze-dried" already!). Edward has given up on the garlic. We'll buy from the farmers again next summer. (This year the garlic we planted last fall didn't come up, but we have had good luck in previous years. Deer don't like garlic, but skunks do, and they may have eaten all the planted cloves.)
Wishing you all a good day. We are thinking of Dale and Max and sending many prayers and vines their way. Also sending healing vines to all sick kitties and to beans who need some. Thinking of Roni and Moonie and plan to call them later today. Will report.
