Thanks for the visits Michelle and Laura. Not sure yet if this is a food spike or more. I tested a little earlier than I would have as I planned on catching a spin class. Max complied but for some crazy reason I have some back spasms going on for no known reason. I didn't even work out yesterday not did I do anything much so I don't know what brought this on. So I miss one of my favorite classes today. I thought about going to try it but common sense prevailed. Maybe Max will show me it wasn't a mistake?

I vote for food spike....you want to surf more greens, right, Max?
Ouch on the spasms. It's a bummer when something like that derails your plans. Hopefully it will settle soon and you'll be back to spinning.

Max is looking good today. I'm sorry about the back spasms. Sometimes you can just move the wrong way and strain something. I hope you're feeling better now.

It does look like a food spike, and it looks like another beautiful cycle for Mr. Max! I am so sorry to hear about your back, I get that from time to time, hate when that happens! Hope you feel better, do you have a heating pad?

No food spike scares me a little as Max usually gets a pretty good one. I'm wondering if he dropped more after the +6.5. I chickened out and gave him a mixture of 9%, 3% with a little gravy lovers mixed in. I didn't give a lot of any one but my back still hurts and it's hard to drag him out from under the bed. Maybe he will get a bit of a food spike and give me the cushion I need tonight without going too high.

Have you tried heat on your back? I got some back spasms for the first time ever this summer and heat helped.

I loaned my heating pad to my sister some time ago and she broke it. I keep aggravating my back every time I pick Max up and he keeps going under the bed. Aleve and advil aren't working well. I don't know what brought this on but it is painful. Thanks for the suggestion and visit Wendy.
I've been feeding Max a mixture of 9% with a little hc. He's been surfing the 50's with all this food. I think I will give him a little lc now and see what he does.
