For today I proudly offer triple shot espressos, with beans from Starbucks Pike Place Market, their original blend, AND.... for all his Mocha fans: a venti quad peppermint white chocolate mocha, with peppermint infused whip, garnished with peppermint candy chips and white chocolate shavings... my bean insisted. had to be peppermint she said. :roll: silly bean, always with the peppermint...

Yesterday was..... ARRGGHHHHH day in MannieLand. :shock: Also known as "The escalator went up" day.... Also known as STRATOSPHERE day in MannieLand. :shock: :o ohmygod_smile @-) @-) :YMSIGH: SIIIGGGGHHHHHHHHH...... what a frustrating day! Mr Liver won the war yesterday, making sure all in LL knew that Mannie still had one.... WOW. not too much to say - he started out with an OK yellow number and just kept going up after that. We hope for a better day today. Paws crossed. He did manage to bring things down a it, but wow upon wows. It has been a while since we have seen "that Color" and I hope it is forever before we see it again. :roll: :roll: As I said last night: SO DISHEARTENING! I have said to so many others over the past several years to many beans in this position: it's only one number in a sea of thousands... it will come down, he will be blue and green again. :-D :-D :cool: I will try an forget about the AM cycle yesterday - we start anew today, right Mannie? Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon And back to the blues, OK?

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D I am glad we are back on standard time... though.... the kitty choir, aka Elsa, aka my back up alarm system, was in full force this morning, and has not taken the time change well. Her stomach clock said I was late, an hour late, and she was not happy - just like yesterday. The meows were endless. :roll: :roll: Mannie could have cared less. :lol: :lol: He was patiently waiting in the kitchen. I sure hope that the kitty choir figures this out soon. The day yesterday was a subdued one for Mannie. He did make a few checks of the perimeter outdoors, but really didn't stay out long... a relief for the bean, as it is wet out there, and the less time he spends, the less wet stuff he drags in. :lol: :lol: The afternoon was spent snoozing in his bed... wise choice I think! :-D :-D This morning we had a great test, feed and shoot and clean plate club , purrs and a lots of cuddles. :cool: Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone. I hope to get in a short hike somewhere today, if I can find dry spot. Not too sure on this yet, I really need to send a few with the weather folks, and see what is happening out there...

Hey everybody! We gots a good day here today. You wanna take the hot air balloon up for a ride? Pack a picnic lunch and stuff? and I promise I won't get lost or land us in a river or anything like the first time. I've been practicing!! :-D :-D What do ya think? I was thinking too... Max is really sick and well maybe the KTSS could go and spend sometime with him. Maybe take him out for a ride or something.. You guys in? ~~ Mannie

Mannie, much better this morning. Mags and Mannie are the same AMPS almost. Oh yum on the Triple Espresso :-D :-D perfect and the White Peppermint Mocha. ~O) ~O) TY Mannie. I know with the high number -- sometimes no rhyme or reason for why it happens and so frustrating on the Bean. He sure came down nicely which we knew he would. The kitties do not like getting their meals an hour late. :lol: Mags still gets me up on the old time. I hope Mannie permits a hike today, looking good so far. Have a wonderful hike, Michelle.

Hey Mannie, a hot air balloon sound like fun. I'll pick up some KFC chicken for us, cooked special kitty recipe! Yes, let's go visit Max and take him for a spin. Maybe Tess could drive her Ferrari, and we could all pile in it. See ya at the curb, Mags

:YMHUG: :YMHUG: :YMHUG: It never gets easy seeing those colors. Today is a new day and Mannie has a nice sunny start for a Monday. He and Tarragon are obviously up to something. Hopefully it is a trip to the blue floor! :lol: I have been very fortunate. Only Turnup has caught on about the time change and complained, but she complains even without it. :lol: Have a wonderful day Michelle!

Hey Mannie! Hot air balloons sounds awesome. We eventually found our way back last time. My bean says we gots the same numbers today and need to both get our behinds down to the blue floor. I'm not sure what that means, but maybe we can find it if we go way up high. See ya soon! - Tarragon

Which meter are you using today? The shiny blue one?? Let's hope for some blue results! Yes, espresso please--the stronger, the better.

Morning Ann ~O) ~O) ~O) There sure seem to be alot of kitties in the mid 200's this morning. Odd.... and wow! oh yes on those high numbers. they used to upset me so, not so much anymore. I find them frustrating, but also know he will come down from them as quickly as he went up. oh yes on the kitties and their fuds time! last year it took about a week or so before they got it together.... :lol: :lol: And thanks - I hope Mannie gives me a permission slip too. I think I'd like to do a couple of short hikes up by the mountain passes. Well, we shall see.... the weather is doable, now all I need is a cooperating kitty. :-D :-D

Morning Ella ~O) ~O) ~O) well, right now I'm using the shiny blue one, along with the old one. I still have about 200 strips for the old one, need to use them up, then the switch. I like the new meter - it reads about 10% lower than the old one. LOL: that ought to help Mannie out some... :lol: :lol: THX - I think I shall get out some. I am hoping for a trip to Snoqulamie Pass., for a couple of short hikes. Weather should be OK for that. Looks like Mannie will give me permission, just waiting on one more test to make sure he doesn't head on down too fast....

Yeah, it's been Crazy Number day all around. Leo popped out a 542 this morning :shock: :o :shock: Out of nowhere. They're off on these wild adventures doing stuff together we clearly don't know about!

Glad your amps went done Mannie! Always putting your mamabean through something huh? I definetly need one of those peppermint mochas! My kitties hate the time change too and of course their little belly clock does not catch up with the real time! Hope u get your hike in today!

Sorry to see that yesterday was such a BRIGHTLY colored day. Hope Mannie keeps up the blue surf, even if it does involve a few yellows.
