Good Morning LL ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (LOTS! I just love ~O) ), and Happy TUNA Tuesday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Today is TUNA TUESDAY!!! In honor of Tuna Tuesday, once again Lola and Bug, aka Paw Prints Pizza, will make their famous triple tuna pies, with tuna and nip infused crust, tuna toppings, and now triple tuna infused cheese. YUMMMMMMMM! It's tradition!, and these pizza pies totally rock! As a side benefit we have TUNA WATER too! so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espresso, beans from the heart of central Ethiopia. and for my mocha fans: Venti Quad orange and vanilla mocha, laced with orange swirls, topped with chocolate whip, garnished with orange zest, slivered vanilla beans and chocolate swirls....SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of orange and vanilla and chocolate swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with crystallized oranges and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are really good today too!

I hope everyone had a great Monday. Mine was great. I was able to go hiking yesterday. The weather was extra nice, a perfect fall day: sun (at least when I started!), temps in the mid 40's. That makes for great hiking weather. I went on a whim, after seeing blue skies out my window. I just couldn't pass up a day outdoors. Here's what I wrote last night about yesterday: "Hi everyone! I hope your day has been great. I ended up at cougar mtn today. I had wanted to do a lake in Bellingham, but they had fog predicted until early afternoon. Cougar had sun, so off I went for a basic woods hike. It was nice, good, until I made a wrong turn and went a few miles out of my way, made two more after that, so had to back track to get to where I wanted to be. Still can't figure out how I screwed that up! LOL! At that point i realized I had dropped my trails map, and wasn't too sure on which trail (there are dozens) led to where I wanted to be. I can be so directionally challenged. so.... just went out the way I came, in. Shesshh! What an adventure. . Major good fun though. 11 miles later, and a 1850 foot climb.... not too bad for an afternoon out and about. :-D :cool: " What an adventure Cougar Mountain proved to be! FUN TIMES!

Normalcy in MusketeerVille! :cool: :cool: :cool: The kitties were good kitties yesterday - even Lola. Fancy that! Well, normal Lola. I will be SO GLAD when they adjust to the time change. Yesterday when I returned from my hike they nearly knocked the door down trying to tell me they were STARVING! :lol: :lol: :lol: All three of them right at door's edge. As I squeezed through I hear several meow's, followed by a MAD DASH up the stairs and into the kitchen, and alot of sliding on the kitchen floor. Warp speed will do that you know... well all slid except for Elsa. She says seniors don't slide on kitchen floors. :roll: :lol: :lol: wow, what a hoot that all was.... of course they tried to get me up an hour early this morning too. Nope kitties, not going to happen. ;-) This morning Bug helped me get dressed, make the face presentable, etc. It is becoming routine for him to come and spend the time. Mannie never missed a morning either. Thanks Mannie for teaching Bug how. It was nice to come home yesterday from being out most of the day to find the house had not been Lola-ized. YAY! Yesterday she was more into running. here. there. everywhere. YUPP! Normalcy in MusketeerVille!

Have a great day everyone. Today is Seattle visit day with my friend in the early afternoon. WooHOO! In the morning I will be meeting my DS for breffis! YAY on that too.

morning Josie ~O) ~O) ~O) I so agree on Bug. It is nice. He sits and watches, rubs my legs,gets scritches, and purrs. When I'm done I'll ask him if all is OK. He'll meow and off we both go. :lol: :lol: I love Elsa - she just sits and watches the antics of Lola and Bug. You can see her thinking: "nope! not for me!" THX on today - it will be good to head into the city. :cool:

Thanks for stopping by and meeting Katie. :-D I think, too, she and Lola would get along great. So cute with Bug keeping you company in the bathroom, picking up where Mannie left off.
Really cool pics of your hike yesterday. You mentioned 40's as okay, and I thought to myself I'm freezing here in the 50's. :lol:
Have a great time with breffifs with your DS. So neat you've found another spot. Enjoy time in Seattle, too, and looking forward to heaing about adventures with the boys this week.

Hi Ann ~O) ~O) ~O) Thanks for the visit! It is good to hear from you. I agree: Lola and Katie would make great buddies, wonderful play partners, and get into trouble partners. :lol: :lol: I think so too on Bug - the routine is the same as Mannie's, and is just nice to see. I like that company in the mornings. THX too on the hike pics. LOL on the 40's! But it is good hike weather - one stays cool then. Other wise I'd be saying hmmmmm a tad bit chilly out here. it reminds me of folks that live in FL, and feel cold when it is 60. :-D THX on today - it is a good restaurant - and is proving to work out well for both of us. THX on Seattle and teh bys too.
Auntie Ann! You gots it! I am all ready to hit the road, got good brews for you today, and your neighbors too! OK on the three tuna pizzas. Bug and Lola are hard at work getting them ready. Hey Lil Bit Pit,

I hope I'm on time today for my special Tuna Tuesday water! You know how much I just love tuna water! It is oh so yummy good. Would you put a few chunks of tuna in it for me today. Not too many, just the right amount - OK.

My bean thinks it's gross but I told her it's no grosser than drinking that nasty orange juice with those things floating in it! She told me that she doesn't drink it anymore, but I remember when she did and I tasted it once and got a snortful of floaties! It was gross I tell ya gross!

Thanks for cleaning up my jet and returning it to the hangar. One would never know the mess you made in there with all those loopies and turnies and wooshies! I like your idea of getting an espresso machine for the jet. I'm thinking we should go all out and make it a full barista bar with espresso, capuccino, catnip fountains and everything! It will be so cool and smell oh so yummy. And to make it even more yummy, we can put in a very small bakery so we can have the smell of fresh baked treats wafting through the jet!

I'll place the order for the overhaul today. Let me know if you want me to add anything else.
Hurry over soon, I'm parched!

Love the pics. Looks like you had a great time. Wow on almost getting lost though. That would be a little scary but you are a seasoned hiker.

That time change is messing with the fur kids at our house as well. Hopefully they all get used to it soon. Woohoo for a social day! Have a great day Michelle!

It's a good thing you dropped those breadcrumbs!! I have a friend who likes to hike alone and who deliberately tries to get lost so that he can bushwhack his way back. Those trails at Cougar Mt. look terrific.

Hope you had a fine breakfast with Anthony and coffee in Seattle with your friend. Hope you made it home in time today!!!

Have a great evening. Tomorrow I'm going on a ridge hike near the Hudson River with our group. I hope we have good views. I'm taking my Peak Scanner APP to see how it does.

Elsa, the Ethiopian beans, as you know, make my favorite espresso. Mmm. good.

Great pictures as always. I'm glad you didn't get lost. That would be scary. I hope the kitties get used to the time change soon. I hope you had a good breakfast with your DS and visit with your friend.
 
Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. We did well here. Breffis with my son was nice. We both like the new place. The service is good, food is great, and we will be back. We both had french toast today, all dressed up: he had berries on top, I had an apple compote. YUM! Seattle was a nice visit too. Remember that guy I wrote bout last week? The one that had been absent for so log? Well, they did let him go. Duh... and a no brainer! The rest of the day was spent cleaning (UGH!) and tending to a few minor tings I have been wanting to do. I have this one wall in my hall that is what I call the Cat Gallery. it has photos of all the kitties I have ever had, each one has their on mug shot on the wall. I had yet to add Lola and Bug, so today I did. Now my cat gallery is up to date. :cool: I will post the photos I took from Breffis in tomorrow's condo.

MAUI! GF! Let's do it! Complete espresso bar, all the works, and OOOO! bakery stuff! Excellent!!! This will be mega cool. I LUBS the catnip fountain ting too! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH! On my way withs all the good tuna stuff. I am withs you on that stuff the beans drink.What is so good about that? OK on the chucks of tuna - YUM! Hi Melissa - THX on the pics. It was an exceptional time, even with the mess up! :lol: I don;'t panic when I do silly things like that anymore. Plus it helps that I carry a GPS that allows me to back track when needed. Oh yes on that time change... tonight was a bit better here.

Hi Ella - oh HAHA on the bread crumbs! YES! Oh too fun on your friend who does that intentionally. Kinda fun in a way. Good for him! And yes on the trails there - it is a woods hike, but each section of the park has a different type of foliage/trees. Makes for great hiking. YUPP: breffis and Seattle were good, fun and good food. I did make it home on time, but alas... they still are adjusting to the time change, so they thought I was late. NOPE! and i set them straight. Good luck on your hike tomorrow. I so want to hear how your peak scanner does.

HI Carla - THX Me too on the lost. I do know that park well, so no real danger. I just felt like I had wasted alot of time, but over all, even with that I got to see parts I had not seen before. So it was all good. THX on today too - it was fun. I love those get-togethers. A big YEs on the kitties: me too!
 
Breakfast really sounds yummy, and I know you always have such a great time with your son. So, even though you had some cleaning today, I'm going to say it sounds like you you had a wonderful day anyway! Hopefully those kitties will get used to the time change soon. Bug is just the sweetest little boy, and I love how he is learning from Mannie. The special spirit kitties have just never ceases to amaze me.

Hi Amy - It was just that: yummy. And they are fun - these breffis's with my son. It such a nice ay to stay in touch with each other. Yupp, day was good, despite the cleaning. I think so too on Bug, he truly is. It is nice to see so much of Mannie in him. They are different, but yes, very similar. I so agree on the special spirit kitties.

Thank Goodness for GPS! Otherwise it sounded a little scary (at least for me!) Do you get any cell reception up there?

Love your wall of kitty mug shots! And now it is up to date!

I think my guys are getting a little more used to the time change. They still start looking for dinner at 3:45, but seem to give up quicker :lol: :lol:

Glad you had a nice time with your DS, what a nice way to start the day :-D

Hi Jane ~O) I agree: GPS rules! I get good service with that,it always works. the cell, not so much. Cougar does ok with cell service, but it can be spotty. THX: me too on the kitty mug shots. I was thinking that this morning as I walked down the hall, and now they are there too. :cool: Too fun on the time change huh. it was a little better here this morning, but not by much. Darn internal clocks! THX too on DS, it indeed was a great way to start the day.
