I know!!! He had another stomach acid vomit today morning and amps was 189

Not sure if he needs 2nd portion of food in automatic feeder. After pmps test he gets (pmps dinner, +2 dinner and +6 ~7 dinner)

Try giving him that snack at +8 and see if it helps?

You could also shift his last meal to +8 if you think that will help with the stomach acid. Curious to see if that helps with bringing down the AMPS as well (although that usually works only for cats on a tiny dose of insulin).
