Sending vines to Zener and Tillie, Furball, Jupe, Noah, and all other kitties in need today; plus sending calming vines to their beans♥

Ripley is doing great today. Quite normal, actually.
She's letting me know she wants decorations on her Wellness Turkey breakfast. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what she's asking for; last week, when she wasn't eating, I added tuna water ~ and she loved it. Then I steered away from the tuna and added a little Cowboy Cookout (old recipe) ~ and she gobbled it up. Then I added a little Friskies Special Diet T&G (want to save the last precious cans of CC for possible future emergencies) ~ and she loved that. Today I added crumbled freeze-dried chicken ~ it was 'just ok.' Freeze-dried shrimp ~ better, but not primo. Jeesh. I've created a, even pickier fuds monster :roll: :lol: :lol: . Now she wants breakfast in bed rocking chair, too. What's next, ambiance music? Fine china? :lol:
At least she's eating. :thumbup

I couldn't agree more! Oh, how they rule our hearts, and our lives. What a wonderful Ripley report! Have you tried using FortiFlora as a seasoning? Trix LOVES it...it wins out over all the freeze dried treat dust decorations that I tried. On top of that, I've created a crackhead out of my civvie, Petey, who already eats kibble as it is. When he sees me get the FF packed for Trix, he starts doing the Mannie Fuds Dance. Naturally, he gets a sprinkling, too...who can resist the fuds dance?

Trix likes to have the first half of her breffis served in the family room, with everyone else. She prefers to complete dining in the living room, in solitude. It's so funny...you can tell by their little faces that this is their expectation!

Have you tried using FortiFlora as a seasoning?

I have ~ unfortunately, she's one of those kitties that didn't want to go near the stuff :roll: .
I love their dining routines! They're such cats. :lol:

What a wonderful WCR. Love it, love it that Ripley is feeling and doing better.

I had to laugh over Amy's reference to the Mannie fuds dance. How I miss that! He used to do that dance on the table. One morning he was dancing so fast and furious that he fell off the table. no damage done, but :lol: :lol: None of the civvies here to that. well anyways... looks like you do have a picky fuds monster. :lol: :lol: I can so see the face when she didn't get what she thought she should. And breffis in rocker? GOOOOOOOOOOO Ripley.

Maybe! Fine china with a kitty pattern on it.... :lol:

Hi Josie,
Rusty will often forget about his fuds and has to be reminded (I pick up the bowl, sit on the couch and put it in my lap, and he immediately comes over to eat!). So happy to hear that Ripley is doing well. Have a great day.

I'm glad Ripley is feeling well . . . and while it may drive you a bit nuts at mealtime, it's pretty cute how she wants the variety in garnishes!

I'd much rather have Ripley demand food enhancements (like this morning) and then eat, rather than have a so-so appy (like tonight) and not care what's in her food :-| .

She's feeling off ~ this afternoon she only left her rocker to snuggle with me on the couch. Sleepy girl. Baby steps.

Miss Ripley is making huge strides in her baby steps. Snuggling is good, and resting/healing is good. So-so appy and feeling off isn't ideal, but she is definitely moving forward. Prayers and vines continue!!
