Yesterday. Caber Yr 2 Day 29. Construction Day 6.
It was nice to have quiet weekend and sleep later. But ready to get reno back underway.
Have to get more cat food. Go to bank get more money.
Tomorrow is election day. I'm on ballot for auditor again. Post party at 7:30 pm. 2 friends are on for other positions. It's taken time but we are getting the town cleaned up one person at a time. Previous supervisor was just indicted for illegal dumping and theft of services. He owned a clean out and septic business and was dumping into main sewer so he didn't have to pay the fees ($300k+). A volunteer ambulance was embezzling money from donations ($17k+). Then we found out a "deal" was made without supervisors authority so they say, that a golf course didn't have to pay taxes for years ($$millions). This is what happens when people keep electing same people into office for 30+ yrs and everyone is related. Then we non born and raised PA people move in and start learning about it all and rally together to clean up the town.
