Looks like the slight increase isn't showing too much of a difference yet by the 4th cycle. His numbers did go a little lower than usual last night, which maybe made him bounce up a bit this morning?
It can be a little hard to consistently measure adding on a half of a half of a half unit dose

Depot may not be full yet. I also found that full increases (0.25 units) were more effective than smaller increases.

That's what I was thinking as well. I'll give it about a week to see how he responds and then reassess for a full increase up to 0.5
