? 11/30 Max - went too low today. Need help with PMPS dose and going forward

He doesn't seem to be bouncing...yet. I've always liked a 2/3 dose BCS for large dose cats. Last time you did a half dose and it didn't hold him down enough.

I think new dose should be 10.5U, it really didn't take all that much food to keep him up, at least not as much as it could have.

So 2/3 of that would be 7U.

Yep! To clarify - I don't think he actually needs a BCS, but if you do, then go for it.

I would have gone to 11 units as your new dose. He was still in safe normal numbers today. Good call with close to regular dose tonight, given his recent history on greens. ie. bounce.

I did Weruva foods for HC, no wheat for gravy but rather carbs from flour. A couple of the Cats in the Kitchen pouches are lower HC, and Grandma's Chicken Soup is 22%, I think, don't quote me.

Thanks Wendy. We will just see what happens. Hope it’s nothing crazy. I ordered some Weruva cats in the kitchen chick magnet. I will check out the others you mentioned too. That one was higher carb. Hopefully he will eat that next time so we can avoid these GI issues.
