Good Morning: Roni said to thank all of you for your prayers and vines. I spoke with her this morning about 7:30. She got to the store yesterday for some necessities. Today she had to go to the bank - her checks got wet and she could not have new ones mailed - no address. She is weighing her options for housing during the repairs to her home.

She sounded better this morning although she thinks she is getting a cold. I suggested they get some masks and disposalble gloves for their visit to the house tomorrow. She is meeting her insurance agent and also someone from FEMA. I'm sure that will be very stressful for her and Brad. Of course, Moonis will be along and she does not like being there. She complains to Roni constantly during the stay. She is becomming quite the traveler and adjusting very well to all the changes in her environment. Her AMBG was 123.

Thanks for the update! Tell Roni that the vines and hugs are continuing to flow to Long Island. I'm glad she is feeling a little better, at least emotionally. Praying for the best results from the inspection.
 
We are all thinking of Roni, Brad and Moonie, sending tons of good thoughts to them and vines for everything to go as smoothly as possible. Big hugs, Roni!

I watched Dateline last night, and it's just all so devastating for so many people. Can't stop thinking of Roni and Brad during this very difficult time. Thank goodness Moonie seems to be adjusting well to all the changes. Her great numbers are one less thing they have to worry about. Prayers and vines that the meetings go well today, and they hear the things that they want to hear.
 
Keeping fingers and paws crossed for a successful meeting tomorrow with the insurance adjuster and the FEMA representative. I hope they get everything in writing so that they have a baseline.
Sending lots of "dont get a cold" vines to Roni. She doesn't need that right now! Will call them this evening.
Keep those vines and positive thoughts coming, guys. They really need them!

Hi Barb, thanks for the update. It's sweet and a Godsend with Moonie being the traveler and being such a good girl, the numbers, too! She's happy no matter where, as long as she's with Roni and Brad. Adding my vines and love for all to go well tomorrow with FEMA.
 
We all love you Roni! Hang in there and take your vitamins. I'm so glad Moonie is adapting to all the chaos well. That's one less worry when there are so many. She's such a good girl.

My strongest wishes and hopes and vines for the meeting with the insurance adjuster and FEMA to turn out the way that is most advantageous to you all.

Thanks for the update. Still praying for Roni, Brad and Moonie. It's good to hear Moonie is doing so well. That has to be a big relief. I hope everything goes well tomorrow with the meeting with the insurance adjuster and FEMA.
 
Barb, Thanks for the update on Roni. Its great that Moonie has adapted so well, that must be a great comfort to Roni and Brad in this difficult time. Good idea about masks and gloves for their next trips to the house. I hope Roni has found a cord for her laptop so she can use it to help research and organize. Paws crossed all goes well with the insurance and FEMA folks.
 
They continue to be in our thoughts and prayers .. I hope that Roni does not catch a cold, that is the last thing she needs to deal with .. Moonie, you keep being the good girl that you are for your beanz right now ..
