Good Morning Pam,
Just took a look at Larry's spreadsheet and he's looking pretty good on this dose but still not getting down into those nice blues and greens consistently enough yet. If he was my guy I would take him up to a full 2u and see if that doesn't bring him down closer to where you want him to be. Remember his best chance at remission is finding a dose that will hold him between 40-120 most of the day, and right now he's nowhere close to that yet.
