So I want to switch from an Alpha Track meter to the Relion meter because I am spending a lot on strips. What do I need to know?

Since you are following TR, the reduction point moves from below 68 to 50. Otherwise, not a lot of difference except saving money. If you want @Bandit's Mom can help you change the spreadsheet to show the reduction point change.

The other thing to know is that usually (but not always), the higher BG numbers are higher on the AT than the human meter. You don't do anything differently as a result.
